Streetlights

Streetlights in the City of Stafford are owned and maintained by the City of Stafford or CenterPoint. Refer to the Interactive GIS Map  to determine who the owner of the streetlight is and the correct phone number.

• If the outage is a City pole, call the Street Department at 281-208-6920. Be prepared to give the nearest street intersection to the street pole.
• If the outage is a CenterPoint pole, call the Customer Service Department. They will ask for the nearest address of the streetlight and the six-digit number located on the pole.
• Not sure? If you do not know the six-digit number on the pole or you cannot determine the location of the streetlight by using the Interactive Map, call the Street Department at 281-208-6920.
