Captain Garcia serves as the Operations Division (Patrol) Captain for the Stafford Police Department, bringing 22 years of dedicated law enforcement service to the community. Throughout his career, Captain Garcia has remained committed to professional excellence, leadership, and proactive policing strategies that enhance public safety and strengthen community trust.

Captain Garcia is a Master Peace Officer and a graduate of the Law Enforcement Management Institute of Texas (LEMIT) Leadership Command College (LCC), reflecting his advanced training and commitment to continuous professional development. In his current role, he oversees the day-to-day patrol operations of the department, ensuring efficient service delivery, effective response to calls for service, and the highest standards of professionalism among patrol personnel.

With a strong foundation of experience and proven leadership, Captain Garcia continues to support the department’s mission by guiding operational readiness, supervising frontline policing efforts, and fostering a culture of accountability and service within the Stafford Police Department.
