Command Staff

The Stafford Police Department Command Staff is led by the Chief of Police Richard S. Ramirez, Assistant Chief of Police Kelly Wright and Division Captains and Lieutenants, who collectively provide leadership, strategic direction and oversight for departmental operations and personnel.
