School Resource Officers

The Stafford Police Department provides School Resource Officers (SROs) to the Stafford Municipal School District as part of a continued commitment to school safety and community partnership.

School Resource Officers are specially trained law enforcement officers assigned to enhance campus safety, build positive relationships with students and staff, and serve as a proactive resource for crime prevention and emergency response. In addition to providing a visible law enforcement presence, SROs work closely with school administrators to address safety concerns, support student well-being, and foster a secure learning environment.
